JUST KIDS AT HEART
We all loved "tag" and "hide and seek" as kids – this is a grown-up and much more challenging version of. In most paintball games, players divide into teams with the number of players on each team varying from five to as many as 30-a-side. The objective of every game is to outwit, out-run and totally overpower the opposition and eliminate them whilst protecting your base, flag or just holding your position.

PHYSICAL WORKOUT
Sound physically demanding? You can play defensively and barely raise a sweat however most players who "go for it" say it's one of the most vigorous workouts available, using muscle groups throughout the body in both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

BULLETS & BRUSISES THAT MELT AWAY
Paintballs are a gelatine-cased pellet (about 1.5cm diameter) expelled from a special CO2-powered paint gun. On impact, the paintballs break open releasing brightly coloured vegetable dye. This is totally biodegradable and harmless and will disappear into the ground after a shower of rain or heavy mist. Some paintball tags can leave a small bruise that disappears in a day or so. These are the “marks of battle", trophies of tough play and are all part of the thrill of the game.

AS SAFE AS YOU MAKE IT
Statistics show that paintball is one of the safest activities around. At all our sites paint guns are checked daily before and during play to ensure the speed and range of paint pellets is within recognised industry standards. You are provided with full-face head protection and overalls. Every game is subject to strict rules and is marshalled to ensure ‘fair play. Keep the rules; observe the safety advice and you will have a safe day out second to none for sheer excitement and fun.
